Back in 2007, Austrailian photographer Dana Weeks photographed a few hundred thousands of cups of coffee tea in London’s Trafalgar Square. Aaa. Coffee. [Anarchaia]
UPDATE: I emailed Dana about this amazing photo, and she responded with this: “The photo was taken in Trafalgar Square and if my memory serves me correct around April of last year. They placed 74,000 cups of tea in the square to presented the amount one English person drinks in a lifetime.” The exact cup count was 74,802. Nick Watts and his documentary team compiled similiarly astonishing statistics for a Channel 4 documentary Human Footprint.
