Photographer Jason Lazarus photographed Spencer Elden, who as a baby was featured on the cover of Nirvana’s Nevermind. Now a 17-year old senior in a Los Angeles high school, Elden is one of the first subjects in Lazarus’ “The Nirvana Project.” The project’s goals are to document the context of when people first heard Nirvana.
